This complaint has been pending for two months, I have tried to explain the nature of my complaint.. This phone (XPERIA Z) that i see advertised everywhere as water resistant for 30 minutes upto 1 meter... I sent my phone to MTN, they passed the buck, This phone was faulty, i have sent this phone in twice ..each time saying BER. We knew this, please can Sony take this phone in.. I requested this be done, and test if it was infact faulty- it was taken in and tested, then confirmed again that its BER. THIS IS NO HELP TO ME, P lease take into consideration i have three old Sony cell phones which are still working, I expect that being a loyal customer i would be treated better and my loyalty would be rewarded...
