I booked my phone into Tygervalley Vodacare because I was told that my phone will get fixed at the fastest pace possible, which it was the first time... then I got it back in a broken state and they still wanted me to pay for it... i refused to pay and sent my phone to Sony for a second opinion. they said my phone was sent to sony, but it never was and they also REFUSED to fix my phone (even though it was THEIR fault I received it back in a broken state) and quoted me R4600 for it. They didnt return my calls or emails when I asked them to and i am EXTREMELY dissatisfied as my phone had MORE damage because of the faulty repair they made!!! thank you VERY much Vodacom for causing me such problems...
