My phone is now no longer of any use to me. It has been confirmed that it has water damage by five different technicians, which i knew all along. My complaint is that the phone itself and the seals are faulty. I find it impossible to believe it being advertised as water resistant (obviously within limitation). I was impressed to see how quick Sony's PR contacted me to get further detail about my phones initial assessment. However after a week, I am totally unsatisfied. Is it not possible for this phone to be taken in and tested? I cannot accept that i have a further 20 months to go through on this contract without the phone i am paying for..
