Good day,

Since Tuesday evening I have no network service. I have logged a call yesterday, 26 June 2013 morning just after 8am. I was on a call with Gerald Mandebvu, Ext 1131 in the Technical Department for 41:55 min just to be told that it is a network problem and that the issue will be resolved within 24 hours.

Today I called just to be told AGAIN that they are working on the problem and it will be resolved through the course of the day. As you probably are aware by now I have no faith in Virgin Mobile and regret the day I took out a contract with you.

IF ANYONE ELSE READS THIS I WOULD ADVISE YOU NOT TO TAKE OUT A CONTRACT WITH VIRGIN MOBILE AS THEY ARE THE WORST SERVICE PROVIDERS OUT THERE!!!
