I would like to express my strong dissonance over mtn insurance call centre. I lost my phone yesterday and tried to contact mtn insurance but they were not picking up their phone (083 123 6084) the whole day. I called also the number today but to no avail and i even went through the 808 mtn number and was transferred to insurance but nobody was picking up the phone. Yesterday i ended up going to the internet to download the claim forms and completed them and faxed them to 011 912 5122 and up to now i have not received any communication from mtn regarding my claim.
I just need to ask MTN insurance the reasons for having cellphone insurance when they take so long to respond and they do not answer their calls. To me this kind of behaviour defies the whole logic of having a cellphone insurance. I am very dissapointed in MTN insurance, i need my phone to be replaced and be on the air.
