I am so disappointed, frustrated & angry right now, I am told by the call centre agent that my phone was delivered to Tyger Valley Cape Town, how possible is that and how can they deliver a phone to a wrong person, as far as I know when they do delivery they need an ID copy and proof of address. Is 3 months of frustration not long enough or the clients are not even in your problem list anymore? I wish the Directors & board of Directors can be aware of this kind of attitude & negligence going on in CellC. Your only priority now is to attract customers to change to CellC but you can't even give a better service to the ones you already have. I am just sick of this kind of service and I see that I only have one option to cancel the contract.
Please kindly provide me with the contact details of cancellation department, I think I will have a peace of mind after that.
