FAULTY Z10 WITHOUT PLAN TO FIX OR REPLACE FROM CEL

My Blackberry Z10 that i took out on contract in March switches off every 10 min and when i took to Cell C they claim they dont have loan phones for me to use and the simcard is not usable on my old phone... they maintain i must pay R15 for simswipe.. I need this resolved and the phone fixed ASAP, AS I AM PAYING FOR DAMGED GOODS...
