CellC is a small player in SA telecoms industry. For CellC to survive, they need exceptional service in all fronts. They are doing it in the areas including pricing, product development and marketing & yet customer service is lagging behind. This is costly.
On the 14th of Dec 2012 I requested a phone via CellC direct, after a week I was told I can expect delivery before the 25th. I waited & had to delay going for holiday by a week. I didn't receive the phone & I had to leave. Called CellC & someone said they will call me to confirm delivery address (wherever in SA). By 27 Dec, I got a call me back sms, someone asked if I am at my address as they were there to deliver, I told him I was at holiday & he said I will have to call cellC to change address. I was moving about different locations. An agent from Cell C called me on the 31 Dec & we agreed I will arrange delivery when i return to Gauteng.
When i came back on the 6 Jan 2013, I called CellC & I was told the order was cancelled. I had to restart the process, 18 Jan they again arrived at my address & I was at work (PTA). They left with phone & I have to call cell C again. I get conflicting info from CellC vs Courie
