I was promised that my area is covered for 8ta/3g on my telkom mobile deal. This was not the case with an average speed of 2KB/s.
I have tried to cancel my contract for well over a month now. I do understand that a cancellation of contract leads to a penalty, however, I have confirmed that I will pay for it over 5 phone calls! Every time I phone in, a well-presented person with a fake sense of monotonous sympathy leads me to believe that the suitable department will phone me and 1 week later, I am the one calling back. I bought the modem prepaid so I do not owe you anything.
I want this contract cancelled now and I will gladly pay the penalty if someone would -well tell me how to do it!
