I'm so sick and tired of cellc with their incompetency!!! Logged a complained that I applied for a phone which was supposedly gonna be delivered in 7 working days and nothing so far. When i enquired what the holdup was i was then told they were out of stock and they don't know when they will be receiving it (was told that on 2 occasions). I then filled a report on hello peter and their Rep said they will put me on their priority list... ye right! CellC just hired someone to deal with complaints and to brush us off. We are not and i bet you didn't even go through my profile. When i phoned them again on Friday I was told that application was only approved on Tuesday and they will place an order for my Note 2 for delivery and they DO HAVE STOCK!!! How can they say they will deliver the phone if my application was not approved? If their so called Rep here dealt with this matter, how come she didn't pick this up. I asked to be transferred to a superior, but the callcenter agent said she was the one dealing with issues as well. Whats wrong with this company, how can she not have a superior. If my phone is not delivered in the next 2 days they should just cancel my application!
