Wrong Phone Sent

I ordered a phone on the 9th November. I specifically asked for a Galaxy S4 in white. Cell C sent a black one. I have not opened the box-it still has its plastic covering. Please expedite a collection of the wrong phone and deliver the correct white phone by tomorrow morning.(At the same time please)

I am upset because:
Firstly, its taken you 14 days to deliver.

Secondly, Cell C messed up my delivery details- they combined my work address and home address and made a fictional address. Then your courier couldnt find the place of delivery because it was so mixed up that they had to turn back last week.

Thirdly, I get a call from 084140 Customer Care saying that delivery was to be on the 20th Nov 13 but that never happened. When I phoned your call centre yesterday at 3pm they said that delivery will be before 5pm. I dont trust CellC anymore so i called the courier myself who said that delivery will only be on 21 Nov 13.

Fourthly, your website only indicates a white phone for sale. You are falsely advertising. If i wanted black i would have stayed with my ISP. Your consultant should have advised to go to a store instead.

I am very upset with CellC. Please rectify this immediately
