This call agent was so unpleasant to speak to. CellC needs to teach their staff how to treat clients.
The lady was extremely rude to me. I asked her for her name and surname but she refused to give her surname cause there is too much in South Africa. Funny when we call the call centre, we have to provide all our personal details...
CellC, please teach your staff on how to treat your clients and make them aware that we indirectly paying their salary.
I asked the manager to phone me and Its been over an hour since writing this comment and i still haven't had a phone call.
I was told the manager on duty was Siya Mhlauli and he was going to give me a call. I would expect a manager to fulfill his duty and call a client back. This just shows me that CellC has no interest in keeping their clients happy and helping them with their queries
