Poor service and incompetent personnel

I bought a Samsung S4 at Cell C Sandton on contract in April. Upon purchase I was told that the cellphone screen is covered 2times under warranty if it breaks. My screen accidently broke this weekend, I brought my phone for repairs at the branch and the personnel said it doesnt fall under waranty as I did not register the phone with ADH.I had no idea what they were talking about, this was NOT communicated to me when I bought the phone or else I would have registered the phone upon purchase. They focused on selling the phones and the service was beyond poor. I can assure that a large number of people who bought their phones in Santon cell c have not registered their phones. I refuse to pay R2000 because of the incompetent personal at your stores especially if its supposed to be under warranty. It is the personnels responsibility to communicate the terms and conditions especially because its not written anywhere on the slips I received. I have not received any assistant in this regard since monday due to the bad poor service when i reported the matter. Please assist with this issue.
