Complaint 1:In mid-September, I took out an S4 Mini on contract. Within a week, I registered it for the Samsung ADH warranty and got an sms advising that the registration was successful. This past weekend, my phone's screen got damaged. I then called the call centre which told me that my phone is not covered. Samsung this is false advertising! I have actually made copies of the wording on the website and also did a backup of the message I received from Samsung regarding the successful registration of the ADH warranty. Could someone at Head Office please address this issue.

Samsung South Africa acknowledges your complaint. Kindly note that the ADH warranty only applies for the Galaxy S4 (GT-I9500) and not the S4 Mini. We apologize for any inconveniences or misunderstandings in this regard.

Same with me, i got the S4 Active . registered, received an sms, and also they dont want to repair it coz its not covered.
even though the sms said "registration successful. That "inconvenience" is gonna cost me R5000 to fix the screen
