On February 15, 2013 I bought a cell phone using an account at John Craig in Witbank then on the following day (16 February 2013) the screen of the phone was dark (not working), on the 18th (Monday) I took the phone back to the store and they told me that they will take the phone to Vodashop for repair. Since then I never get a positive respond from them.
Their Returns Policy says
- Cell phones with technical faults may be returned within 7 days of purchase
- After 7 days period cell phones will be repaired by the cellular provide
