I have a prepaid data sim with cell c which is rica'd to my name done at Altech Autopage Sanridge when i purchased your modem and 5g per month deal. I find out today that my number is deactivated and gone back into the pool of numbers. Your call centre agent advises that i should pay R200 to get that number back or it will be allocated to someone else. I am sure that this is an illegal practice. My rica serial no is 321006062739
