I have been waiting 4 month (Yes 4MONTHS) for Telkom to come and install an ADSL line. After wasting R200 in airtime and speaking to numerous rude consultants, they promised a line would be installed within 14 working days! Its been 4 months and I cannot get through to any competent person to clarify why it has not been done yet! For the life of me I cannot understand why this takes so long!
