My mother and i have been trying for the past 3 weeks to get hold of someone at Mtn!! We want to convert my number to a prepaid number as my contract is now over! She has sent an email out asking them to convert the number and she has had no reply a while ago. The call centre no matter what time we call is always busy and we DO NOT want my phone to go into another month of being billed as a contract!!! Today alone my mother has been waiting for a consultant to answer for 45 minutes and i have been waiting for the last 30 minutes! someone needs to get this sorted out cause this is now ridiculous! We have done everything asked of us to make this a prepaid number and you guys still haven't done it!
