I tried calling the 808 number on the 13th of August at around 7pm, there was no answer till I abandoned the call. so I thought maybe the call center is closed at that hour but it would be nice to have an automated system informing customers of the call centre operating hours..then today on the 14th at 5pm past I am on hold for 13 minutes now and still counting as I type this message... I want to have my debit order cancelled since my contract has come to an end and convert my number to prepaid. I just ask myself why would I be on hold for this long..your service is seriously pathetic MTN.I'm glad that I didnt sign up for an upgrade with you.
