Bad service once again

I've had a 3G contract for 1 year. Haven't used it a lot as the 3G device is broken most of the time. The previous time it ceased to work I complained and got a new one. When it broke again I didn't care too much as it was of no use to me at the time.

I want to start using the 3G device again and decided to get it fixed/replaced this morning. I told the salesperson at the Vodacom shop that I need them to fix/replace the 3G device. He immediately said I should come back with my PC as they'll need to fix the problem on my PC - before even having a look at the device. I said he should first check it on his PC before I drive all the way home to fetch my PC. He plugged it in and it didn't work...

I asked for a replacement because this is the second time their devices have failed me. He said they can't and would have to send my device in. I said I need internet today so I cannot wait to which he replied and said they should be able to give me a loan device. He checked and neither they nor the other Vodacom outlets in the area had any loan devices available. He recommended that I buy a new one! So now I was left with the choice of spending money or lending one from a friend. Bad service
