I recently had both my contracts upgraded on the 1st of April 2013. The contract is on my fathers name, however he had a stroke in 2008. Anyway I had both phones upgraded to the Sony Xperia Go, the consultant told me that I would be paying R229 per month per phone on an MTN Anytime 200 Package, I have been billed R429 per month, per phone, I spoke to the manager on the 14th of May to log a billing query, he acknowledged that I was put on a wrong package and the extra I paid the last month will be credited to this months invoice, Spoke to MTN this Wednesday as I received this months Invoice, no credit done, being charged R858 when it should be R458. MTN SP told me that there was no billing query logged in from Ballito MTN. I'm not prepared to pay a second month, an amount of R429 per month per phone, where MTN has the special for R199. Ridiculous.
