I upgraded my wife's cell contract on 01/12/2011 from an anytime 100 to anytime 200 package. Thereafter we were being charged for the anytime 200 package but only receiving R100 airtime. I only picked this up in earlier this year - 2013 and called the call centre who confirmed that the package was being billed for the 200 package but this was not captured on the network side. They resolved the issue and thereafter received the correct R200 allocation every month.
I then requested a refund on the months that I paid extra, and was informed that they will refund me within a few days.
the first reference number USD Ref-188 970 was created and approved in April 2013. I received no credit since. I have called many times since, and even upgraded again, and still no joy. the second reference number is 102440011 where the call centre agent was helpful, but still no credit. Every time i hear the same excuse, that they have escalated to their superiors.
