SHOCKING SERVICE FROM VODACOM

My Blackberry Curve 8520 that I got in June last year (2012) on TopUp 135 (so its still under warranty) has been refurbished 3 times, had a software update and battery replaced, all for the same problem (reboots itself halfway, stops rebooting and then starts again), all at different times. In total the phone has been sent to Vodacom at Brooklyn mall for repairs 6 times now. When I took it to Vodacom (still at Brooklyn) for the sixth time I was told that it would be sent to Menlyn for the senior technicians to look at and that a motivational letter would be written to Blackberry for me to receive a new device, because I said that I am sick of getting back the same device with a problem that clearly cannot be fixed. The device is currently still in for repairs and has been for the past 3 weeks. I haven't yet heard what will happen but I am shocked at the service that Vodacom gives to paying customers, especially as I was told by people working at other Vodacom branches that once a device has been refurbished 3 times a new one is issued to the customer. It should be noted that the device has been well looked after, has minimal (tiny) scratches on the screen and has no liquid damage.
