CELL C - CALL CENTRE A LOAD OF!!!

On Monday my cell c number was disconnected. After speaking to a consultants for 4 days long this was all their outcomes the first reason was:

Monday:
1. A call centre agent could not get hold of you and disconnect your phone due to all the that is outside there. Let me connect it for you - NOT CONNECTED
2. I cant see any reason why your phone was disconnect. Let me connect it for you - NOT CONNECTED

Tuesday:
1. I cant see any reason why your phone was disconnect. Let me connect it for you - NOT CONNECT
2. Let we see what going on your account mam. Why the reason its not connect. O sorry mam for holding so long - we see that there is an outstanding amount of R 200.00 on your account.

------ I will pay the R 200.00 Tomorrow morning.

Wednesday:

Was at Nedbank at 9 to pay the so called R 200.00 that was outstanding - emailed through the proof of payment.

1. Sorry man you have to wait 24 hours for the payment to be allocated to your account before we can connect your phone.

Thursday:

1. A lady names Porcha - Thank you mam we did receive your payment. I will connect your line now. Please switch off your phone and back on then all should be fine. -
