PAYING FOR DISCONTINUED INTERNET SERVICE

I discontinued my Telkom internet service in October 2009 and am still being debited R79 per month despite 4 visits to Telkom Direct and e-mails to Telkom. Nedbank say they can only stop the debit order for 3 months and it will resume if not cancelled by Telkom.
