I called MTN early this year informing them that I've got coverage problems, they informed me that everything from their side is fine and that I should look at my phone. I replaced my phone but I'm still having the same problem. i called them again on the third of June and they logged a call for somebody to come out to me. they told me that person should respond within 10 days, now that person is on leave and nobody else can assist me. My issue that I have is that I'm working from home i connect to the internet with a MTN sim card, my phone is using a MTN sim. What they do not seem to understand is that my work is being impacted by their poor service. as i'm typing this iI've been on hold for 25mins.
