I have a coverage issue at my residential address. I'm an IT consultant and work from home. Therefore my phone and data connection is my life line. I've contacted MTN coverage department on the 6th of March 2013 (ref 0051710) after moving back home from Cape Town. I complained that I keep on dropping calls in the middle of a conversation with a client. I have no 3G connection and cannot connect via VPN to our network. I was promised a response within 10 working days (which is ridiculously) but I waited patiently. No one has contacted me and it's been 3 weeks!! Every time I phone i'm told they cannot get hold of the coordinator and sent him an e-mail. This person clearly is not interested to respond. I have four contract lines with MTN and find this service appalling. Need help urgently as I'm turning to the media to voice my complaint now.
