Phone BLACKLISTED by VODACOM

My Refurbished Blackberry Bold has been blacklisted by Vodacom. After I went to Vodacare in Hatfield they told me to phone the unblacklisting number. When i phone the operator asked me security questions for a prepaid simcard. And when I faild to give the right amount of talking points on my phone he said that we could not go ahead with my problem..I mean really who knows their talking points?? After My frustration with him I went back to vodacare Hatfield and the lady said that she cant do anything and I must phone customer care. The I went to Vodacare Sandton City, The lady advised me to get an avidavid and then phone customer care.. After the 7 time phoning I could atleast get an operator who would send me an unblacklisting form. I opened the email she sentme only to see that it was the wrong form (A contract price list of 2007) after I phone back and recieved a new form I faxed it through. Nobody notified me the they received the form with the avidavid so a week went by and I phone customer care. They told me that my phone has been unblacklisted On the 12th and I should reset it! After resetting the phone it was still the same and nobody can help me!!
FIX YOUR MISTAKE VODACOM!
