I sent my blackberry in as the charging port does not work anymore. I received a call today telling me that there is a charge for the repairs as it is from negligence. Please explain to me how a person can damage the charging port when all I do with it is plug in and unplug the charger. I feel that Nashua is making excuses of the situation in order for them not to be liable for the costs. My phone is still under contract and should be paid for as I was told by the rep in store. I will be calling my contact at the consumer council on Monday who will hopefully sort this out for me but I will not be upgrading my contracts through Nashua Mobile when it expires in a few short months.
