Good day. My name is Christiaan du Plessis and i was contacted to upgrade my contract during February 2013. I attended at the MTN Kollonade and requested a Blackberry Bold with a touch screne. Unfortunately I do not know the mode of the phone. They advised me that they only have the phone available in white. I advised the i would like one in black and they confirmed that they have to order same. They only send me an sms during March to advise that they have ordered same. I had on the same date handed in my previous Blackberry as there was a problem with the software. I have since received my phone back but have not heard anything in respect of the black phone which they had to order for me. I have been a client of MTN for 17 years and have never skipped a payment or have been behind with payment of my account. I now ceriously consider moving my cellphone account to another service provide who would be able to provide me with service.
