Went in to MTN Eikestad Mall on the 29 May to open a Data contract. After queuing for an hour I gave them all the documentation and signed all paper work. I was assured that all was in order and that I could come and collect my router the next day. A week past and I never got phoned. They also don't answer any phones? On 2 June I had to go in and queue another hour only to find that my first consultant went on leave and nothing was done. A new consultant Brett was assigned to me. He also assured me that I would be contacted very soon. In typical MTN fashion, I was never contacted and the process came to another grinding halt. On the 4th, I went in for the 3rd time to hear what was going on. I was assigned a new consultant Ashley Adams that said that everything will be sorted out before close of business. Three days later I finally got that call. My account has been activated and I can come and collect the hardware! I was so excited and rushed in only to get home and find that my SIM card has not been activated. I've been on the phone every day since trying to convince 808 to ativate my SIM, but to this day, two weeks later, it has not been done. Worst Service ever, please help!
