Not complying to agreement

On 28/11/13 I signed for sim and 2gig data per month with their agreement that "urrestricted APN" will be activated (without that, sim is useless for use on cctv dvr). I've been to them every day because I'm going on leave on 6/12/13 and this was urgent. On 3/12 they handed me the sim and assured me APN will be activated by close of business. On 3/12 they took R280 from my bank account. I phoned H/O with no sucsess. Its now 4/12 3.40pm and still no joy (branch owner promissed it will be activated before 6/12, told him sorry, can't belive them anymore and take that chance). I must now go to Voda and start all over again. I know Voda will activate APN within an hour (helped me before with APN). It will cost me now go to my bank, pay R75 to get the D/O reversed, money they took before agreement and contract was fulfilled
