About a month and a half ago Cell c Suspended my and my brothers phones due to the credit card linked to the account expired but they never told us why, so eventauly after a few weeks we got this problem sorted out by giving them the new card details and the Consultant Ruth Assured us she has sorted out this problem, so 3 weeks ago I went to Cell c and upgraded my contract and put the account over onto my name, now 3 weeks later they suspend my service again because the account is still in arrears, how is that possible if Ruth has sorted everything out, this is not how you run a business, this is the worst service I have ever got by anyone and now they make it my problem to get it fixed thats and completely unexceptable, I would like to be contacted by a manager or someone that can sort this out immediatly, Cell C has 24 hours to have my account running again or I will go to every major Newspaper and complain about Cell C's poor customer care, How can they suspend my account 3 times in less that 2 month. Worst Service ever.
