My internet data bundle was delivered 28 days after it was approved, and not within 48 hours. I wanted the router option and not the dongle. They said I had 10 days to return it, they would send a courier. On day 14 a courier came to collect the package. It was out of the 10 day period so I decided to keep it. I have been struggling since 14th June to get this activated. Every consultant has another story. I have now requested them to come and collect the dongle and sim card and cancel the contract, but have still had no response despite complaining on their web site and sending emails to them.
