HI i have a 3 contracts with altech autopage and have been a loyal customer for over 4yrs and i regret it. the service is pathetic. last week thursday i called in and asked the consultant to activate a data bundle on my phone. he assured me it would come through during the day. it did not, meaning in order to use my phone im paying crazy tarrifs in the interim. i called the next day and the next and everyday until today and they say the same thing it will be activated in 2hours. the part that makes me boil is the call centre keeps you on hold for atleast half an hour everytime, makes me want to throw my phone at them, and the kicker all networks call centre no.s are free, theirs are charged calls. please help. the ref the consultant gave is her name.
