I am really frustrated by vodacom, I have been a good customer to vodacom since 2009 yet I cannot get a phone that I want because of a GAP something that appears on my profile. Yesterday a gentleman at Vodacom shop @Reds Mall tried by all means to get through to your accounts department to enquire about this, but no one could assist. I am not even aware that I have this gap to begin with. It is a shame because I had thought so far vodacom had given me the best service, but now I realise it had all been under skewed facts. I am cancelling the contract at the end of term and looking somewhere else.
