Need I say more than the headline!!! Reporting just about daily, eventually restored, for 24 hours, off again - sit on the phone for 30 minutes to report again, wait days, restored for 1 or 2 days, off again, spend 30 minutes reporting same thing, wait for days, etc, etc. Latest apparently a cable- maybe running out of excuses? They cannot say when it will be restored as there is no time frame apparently - must just sit back and wait and have no service (that I pay for!!), as there is a don't care attitude, just a standard answer: Fault has been reported, theN an SMS providing the reference number and then WAIT
