Bad Service from cellc repair centre

Hi My name is Kholeka. My phone's (iphone 4S) screen stopped working (white screen) although the phone was working.so i took it to a cellc store in alberton on the 6th of december.where i also got a form that i had to fill in and the consultant that was assisting me also filled in the form stating that my phone had scratches.i also recieved an sms saying that they had recieved my phone.on the 10th of december i recieved another sms saying my phone has been recieved at the cellc repair centre in midrand.the next day on the 11th i recieved 2 sms's.the 1st 1 said my phone has been handed over to their technician for assessment, the 2nd 1 gave me a quote of R2356.94.i called cellc and enquired about the sms then they told me that the amount was to get my screen fixed because it had a crack.i told the consultant that when i took my phone to the cell c store in alberton it did not have a crack and i wont pay for it, they need to fix it because some1 from their side cracked it.they told me to send an email with my story and the form that i got from cell c which i did.i called them yesterday to get feedback and they said some1 will call me back but no one has.
