Thank goodness one thing has been sorted out, and my phone is no longer an Equipment Spare, but I still do not have Call Waiting on my line.
I have spoken to Thabisile, Ignatius, Trudy, Bukelwa, Yolandi, Judy, Wendy, Justin, Charlotte, Nomvulo. Thanda, and Thabiseng. I have spent many wasted hours on the phone, but my Call Waiting is still not operational. Is there not one single person in the whole organisation who can please sort this out? Last time it happened I waited 4 months, and it worked for about 3 before crashing again.
