BAD SERVICE! Vodacom Customer Complaint, escalated

I upgraded in October 2012 with contract, and new phone, Nokia 700, costing R44-00 per month extra. 4 April my phone went hay wire, took it to Menlyn customer care (job 8745197). I received back 17 April. Level 3 repair and parts were replaced. Charged it and switched on, did the same thing. Took back same day, (job 8787220). Received back 3 May. High level of repair. Charged again, switched on, touch screen froze. Took back the same day (job 8830860). Received back 11 May. Touch screen replaced. Charged it and again the touch screen froze. Took back 13 May (job 8855084). Manager said he would escalate and request model change. Received new phone 22 May. Nokia 610 Lumia. Apparently upgrade from a Nokia 700 (RAM half the size of 700)! They assured me it was a brand new phone. Charged it and saw that needed micro sim card. Vodacom Kolonnade cut sim (organised by Repair Centre). inserted into the Nokia 610 Lumia. It did not work, because apparently there was not even an operating system on the phone! Clearly not a brand new phone (to yet again!!). No useable sim, no useable phone, nothing!! Phone back to Repair Centre, sent for REPAIRS (job 8893114). Day 53! What to do? Help!
