I have recently purchased a Giga 200 deal 2 months ago..and in that period have not been able to use it. usage just drops randomly then it just does'nt pick up reception again. i have been pushed from pillar to post trying to get help! filling out forms, going to tech centre's, getting new sim cards, going to the shop where i purchased the product only to be told that there's nothing they can do but fill out this or that..and a technician will get hold of you in 5 - 7 working days... 1 month later and still no help? just that they are investigating? what the are they investigating? i have paid R2000 for a product that i cant use? come on cell C i'm about to commit murder or please give me my money back..i'm not the first by the looks of it. Maybe a proper campaign should go to the press on this service. let's see
