Poor Phone and Data Reception

I have had a new Cell C contract and Blackberry for 5 months. From day 1 I have had very poor reception, dropped calls and useless internet connectivity in my area, Morehill Benoni, to the point where we dont even bother to use the phone any more. I also purchased a Cell C 1G and a 8ta 2G data sim to compare the download rate. 8ta completely out performs the Cell C download. In actual fact you cannot connect to Cell C data most of the time with continuous time out appearing etc. I have submitted 2 Network Feedbacks and contacted the Call Centre 3 times. With absolutely zero feedback and of course no change in the network. When you ask the manager at Benoni Lakeside she has the same answer "oh yes we have been having a problem with the network but they are working on it" ya for 5 months now!!! The last time I contacted the Call Centre, 28 June 13, I had to speak to 3 operators as the line kept on dropping. I asked the last 2 operators, Kia and Judith, to please phone me back if the line drops. To this date I have not had a call back. I feel that Cell C is in breach of the contract as they are not supplying the service I paid for. You also feel they don't give a about you!!!
