Purchased a one year data bundle from cell c rosebank in Oct 2012. Have not been receiving my monthly top up so I pad is useless when on the go. Been to cell c and they can't even pick up my purchase on their system. Had to find proof of purchase. This wad submitted by rosebank branch to customer services. I was told it would NE resolved in 24 to 48 hrs. Its been 5 days and still not resolved. Tried calling their call centre but got tired of waiting 10 minutes for an agent so put down. Consumers, be warned that these guys will take your money and them ditch you without supplying the product - breach of contract of note.
