Wrong billing and poor reception, contract useless

Its day 4 for asking contact to be cancelled and no feedback yet, I want my contract cancelled, please see reference number below and email below, when will u guys contact me on 0187005295- I don't want your phone anymore cos theres no reception and service on it at all esp[ecially where I live and work- NOBODY answers when u call the cancellation department
Ref no. is 1306100000059888 and yet again new reference number after case was lodged 306100366 being billed despite requesting the Value add service of 300MB @R45 upon contract upgrade, service wasn't added so now u charge me for data usage
Please don't send me that stupid form to fill in where |I must rate the reception and the area I'm in etc, I've sent it to you long ago but you keep sending it back to get it filled in. why don't you get the problem sorted out instead of asking where it is, if u read the mails and respond to peoples requests maybe that will help
If u live or work in carletonville or fochville or Randfontein Azaadville area dont ever get Cell C, no reception, rather go for vodacom or MTN u will be happie
