Bad Customer Service

Ever since i complained about the mentioned aboved supplier nothing has happened ye no refund or any sort of document stating that maybe they still investigating the matter, i took it upon myself again to call them and find out how far are they with the investigating or when will i receive my refund amount of R1430.00, i have been sent to pillar to post no one is able to assist me, my worry is how can someone just go and deduct your money for no reason, they claim that C cell my pay me C cell say they are the ones who are at fault they must pay me, im actually annoyed and disappointed by all of this including the bad treatment i have been given

i have lost hope in ever getting my refund
