I went to the bayside mall cell c shop at the end of Aug to fill in a form that there is no reception for data use in my area, they told me that they will send out a technician to investigate. In the meantime I phoned cell c and they phoned me back but nothing was done. At the end of September I wrote an email to cell c about this because there was nothing done, then in October the same thing. Now this morning someone phone me for the address, I was asking how can I cancel this without any penalties because it is not my fault if they dont have coverage but now more than 2 months after my first inquiry they want my address after I was filling in this form at the branch in the mean time I must pay something that is not working. This is unacceptable month 3 and we are back to step 1. The one mail they send me stipulated that someone will phone me in 2 working days they phoned me 2 weeks later with no solution so what is the reason they phoned me. This is really bad service.
