I've purchased a Huawei E1820 Speedstick from Cell C thereafter i purchased a 100GB data bundle which has an expiry period of 12 months this was in Dec. 2013 since then i haven't been able to make any downloads due to the extremely slow speeds i get in my house, the technicians has been to the premises to fill in a report of low signal & since i've had no communications from Cell C on a solution... i've called numerous times & every time they promise to get the technicians to call me back but they never do call! I've lost 1, 5 months of connectivity since i haven't been able to do 1 download. I live in the kensington area & according to Cell C coverage map there should be adequate signal in order to do downloads. The technician mentioned installing a booster/repeater in order to boost the signal but that is the last i've heard from him. I would appreciate if Cell C could come back to me & give me a solution to my problem. Ref.no.4011303501 or SD203286
