After 5-6 weeks the on/off button of my Samsung Mini S3 started giving problems - a touch to the button would result in the phone rebooting. Cell C (La Lucia Mall) sent the handset to Johannesburg for repairs. After 3 frustrating weeks of trying to conduct my business on an old Nokia courtesy handset I got my Samsung back.
After 24 hours the button started doing exactly the same thing again! Cell C say they need to send it back to JHB again for another 3 weeks and they can't issue me with a smart phone while I wait. I simply cannot operate without the functionality of a smart phone for another 3 weeks. Is there anything that Samsung or Cell C can do to help me?

Andy P
