Took My phone in for repair / exchange due to phone switching off at any given time. It is a Samsung S4 Mini, took it in two weeks ago, the phone was only 3 weeks old by then, they assessed it at the Smart Care Centre, they found the main bord to be faulty, 2 weeks later they can still not tell Me when the new parts are coming - (pathetic) I asked for a new phone then, they said no problem I will have to wait 5 weeks - ( ridiculous). I have loged a complaint with Samsung SA customer care 2 days ago, still no reply -REFnr.7111873658. please help as no one at Samsung wants to.
