Does not want to cancel corntract

I bought my son a Z10, a few day later he came to me and told me that its giving problems, he said the music isnt playing and the bbm is giving problems. so we took it for repairs at cell c, we got a new phone after 2 weeks, so after a few days with the the new phone, he came to me and said, its giving the same problems, we took the phone back to cell c, and they said its just the software thats, making the phone give those problems, so they updated it, but it still gave 1 more problem, the lock button did not work, you can say its just a lock button that doesnt work but we paying 389 pm for the whole phone, so we took it in for repairs again, we waited 3 weeks for the phone, when we got it back the phone gave the same problem, the lock button ddnt work, so tell me what to do my son is not getting the full use of that z10, he has only 10 days in each month, and now they want to give me a new phone thats, just nonsense, so everytime the phone gives problems they going to give me a new one or say i should take it for repairs again, the last so called repair took 3 weeks nearly an entire month, and the charging me every month for the phone, i need this contract cancelled.
